Key Responsibilities Define and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead integrated campaigns that span digital, social, and experiential channels. Translate market insights into actionable initiatives that resonate with target audiences. Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to produce high-impact content across formats - written, visual, and video. Oversee brand storytelling across owned and earned media, including social platforms, newsletters, and web assets. Manage marketing operations, including budgeting, performance tracking, and vendor coordination. Support cross-functional teams with tailored marketing materials and ensure brand consistency. Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners and collaborators. Lead a small team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Champion new ideas to enhance audience engagement and brand affinity. Requirement: Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally within tech, innovation, or event-driven sectors. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in agile environments and wearing multiple hats. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Passionate about digital trends, content creation, and community building. Experience with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and creative tools. Familiarity with both global and China-specific marketing landscapes is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
