Responsibilities
  • Professional makeup artist, displaying a mastery in translating the LV Beauty vision and story to all.
  • Ambassadorship:
    - Be an ambassador for LV Beauty.
    - Contribute to building brand awareness for LV Beauty.
  • Education and coaching:
    - In partnership with the North Asia Retail Learning & Development team, cultivate a passionate LV beauty community.
    - Inspire local LV Beauty teams by sharing your knowledge of the latest makeup trends, techniques, color theory, gestures, and beauty styling, infusing beauty with fashion styling to complete the LV Silhouette.
  • In-Store Showcases:
    - Deliver Makeup Masterclasses.
    - Conduct live product demonstrations.
    - Be a Guest Makeup Artist at stores across the region, offering exclusive one-on-one makeup consultation services. Deliver ultra-luxurious, elevated, and memorable client moments on every occasion.
  • VIC Events:
    - Animate regional and international events with your beauty and artistry skills, supporting the flawless delivery of each event.
Profile
  • Extensive experience in makeup artistry, with 5+ years of experience as a Professional Makeup Artist with luxury beauty brands.
  • Experience as a leading makeup artist at events, backstage, and photoshooting environments preferred.
  • Comfortable and eager to share makeup knowledge and skills. Credentials in coaching or makeup masterclasses preferable.
  • Confident speaker with excellent communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills. Ability to interact with clients and wider audiences with clarity and charisma.
  • An enthusiasm for beauty, color, fashion, and culture, with an energetic approach to client engagement. Positive, approachable, and committed to upholding Louis Vuitton's reputation for excellence.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Empathetic and attentive to client needs, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and impactful. Strong interpersonal skills to quickly understand client tastes and build authentic relationships.
  • Storytelling Talent: An engaging communicator who can bring the Louis Vuitton brand and its products to life through storytelling.
  • Styling Ability: Interpret and adapt beauty looks to fit different client needs and occasions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptionally well-organized, and with high standards in hygiene and other industry best practices.
  • Pleasant, humble, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Shows leadership and influencing skills.
  • Agile and adaptable to integrate and work under different environments, with different audiences.
  • Fluency in English and a secondary language (preferably Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean).
  • Open to frequent travel, especially across the North Asia region (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and South Korea).
