Software Product Manager

Job Description Responsible for the overall product planning, architecture design, and version management of the company's electric vehicle intelligent charging platform (including APP, embedded terminals, and cloud system). Lead the entire product process from concept to launch, and be accountable for the product user experience and business results. Combine company strategy with industry trends, gain deep insights into user pain points and market demands, identify product innovative points and differentiated selling points, and continuously enhance user stickiness and product competitiveness. Lead the product requirements analysis, functional design, interaction flow, and PRD (Product Requirements Document) output, complete the product feasibility assessment and value closed-loop design, and promote product value delivery and team training. Establish a product data metrics system through user research, competitor analysis, data embedding, and effect tracking, driving product iteration and the improvement of key metrics. Efficiently collaborate with the UX, R&D, Testing, Operations, and Hardware teams, manage project resources and schedule, ensure high-quality product delivery and rapid iteration, and possess risk identification and problem-solving abilities. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of internet or IoT product management experience. Experience with smart hardware, charging piles, energy, or mobility-related products is preferred. Possess profound product design capabilities, proficient in using tools like Axure, Figma to complete high-fidelity prototypes and interaction designs, and master auxiliary tools such as PS, AI. Possess end-to-end product full lifecycle management experience, skilled in complex cross-team collaboration, and possess strong capabilities in project planning, resource coordination, and implementation. Familiar with embedded systems, mobile platforms (Android/iOS/H5), cloud architecture, and technical implementation logic, capable of efficient communication with development teams regarding technical solutions. Possess extremely strong abilities in user insight, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Have clear logic, pursue the ultimate experience, and possess excellent skills in product documentation writing, verbal communication, and team collaboration. Possess outstanding technical communication and cross-departmental organizational coordination abilities, good at negotiation and driving consensus among multiple parties, solving key technical issues, and possess fluent English reading and writing skills.
