AI Engineering Lead at Aios Medical – Remote Full‑time, fully remote role at Aios Medical (Fella Health). Salary \$100k-\$150k/year inc equity. About Aios Medical Our mission is to accelerate the mass‑market adoption of consumer biotech, focusing currently on obesity treatment via GLP‑1 medications. We are building ClinicOS, an AI‑powered clinical operating system that enables consumer brands to offer direct‑to‑patient healthcare globally. Key Responsibilities Build a model‑agnostic AI platform enabling seamless switching between OpenAI, Anthropic, and open‑source models with A/B testing, routing, and monitoring. Drive AI adoption across the clinical operating system: identify manual bottlenecks, create AI assistants, and demonstrate measurable improvement in patient outcomes and efficiency. Leverage AI to transform our conversion funnel, from personalized outreach to AI sales agents, incorporating video, voice synthesis, and behavioral prediction. Own data‑driven experimentation: build lightweight MVPs, run controlled tests with clear KPIs, and iterate fast. Need to Have 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI and ML. Proven experience building production LLM‑powered applications. Strong skills in TypeScript and/or Python. Experience designing customer‑facing APIs. Experience building user interfaces in React or similar. Leadership experience managing engineering teams. Nice to Have AI/ML infrastructure experience with vector databases and orchestration frameworks. Evaluation and monitoring systems for LLMs in production. Large‑scale data pipelines and distributed systems. Enterprise‑scale cloud experience (AWS). Computer Science degree or equivalent. Open‑source contributions.
