Structured Project Investment & Financing - Analyst TF International Securities Responsibilities Assist in preliminary project tasks, including industry research, financial data analysis, counterparty data compilation and preliminary screening. Participate in project due diligence: data collection, interview note‑taking, preliminary risk assessment reports, investment report drafting. Support the design of structured financing solutions (asset securitization, revenue‑right financing, structured notes) and prepare related modeling and calculations. Prepare project‑related documents: due diligence reports, draft transaction agreements, marketing materials, and internal approval documents. Track project progress, coordinate with internal and external parties (lawyers, accountants) to advance processes and ensure milestones are met. Oversee post‑project management: monitoring fund transfers, coordinating repayments and interest payments, tracking collateral status. Assist team in communication with external partners (banks, private equity funds) and across internal departments. Maintain project database, updating market intelligence, regulatory developments, competitor product analysis. Compile case studies from the structured finance market to support team decision‑making. Job Requirements Full‑time bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in securities firms, banks, asset management, or private equity institutions. Internship or work experience in structured products, non‑standard financing, or cross‑border projects is preferred. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, deliver work on schedule, attention to detail, capable of working under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); basic financial modeling skills. Fluent in English and Chinese, able to handle bilingual contracts and communication.
