Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities Responsible for the financial management of the company and for directing all the financial functions of the business. Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness. Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review. Prepare and review full sets of accounts and day-to-day management of all accounting activities. Prepare and review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Comply with legal requirements, enforce internal control and Group compliance requirement. Provide and support feasibility study on new business and projects. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CPA/ACCA or at equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting / auditing / property developer & listed company with 2 years in supervisory role is highly preferred. Proficiency in Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation, listing rules and other legal and compliance regulations. Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, legal and tax systems. Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment. Excellent business acumen with good analytical skills. Excellent communication and effective people management skills is also essential. Sound knowledge of MS applications and ERP system. Exposure in Oracle implementation is preferred.
