Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting, and annual financial statements, identifying trends and variances to provide insights to management. Assist in the budget cycles for annual budgeting and development of the Annual Business Plan for submission to the Government and shareholders. Provide management with recommendations and implement strategies to drive reporting efficiency. Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including tax filing, compliance, and audits. Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required. Qualifications and Requirements Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines. Member of HKICPA or equivalent with sound knowledge in accounting standards. 5 years of relevant financial accounting, audit, or commercial experience. Proficiency in month-end closing and financial reporting with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical mind and multi-tasking skills. Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Experience in system development and implementation is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager - Finance & Accounting.
