Responsibilities Handle all finance related matters for Hong Kong Business Operation Manage day‑to‑day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger Assist in month‑end closing process Deliver the monthly management and analysis reports of Hong Kong Business Operation Review and develop effective financial and control procedures Engage in budgeting and forecasting Prepare and review statutory accounts/annual tax filing for companies in Hong Kong Support annual audit and interim review Work on ad‑hoc assignments as required Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and Qualified Member of HKICPA or equivalent 8‑10 years of solid experience in Big Four CPA firm and listed sizable organization Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and regulations are essential Experience in property leasing, property sales and property development is an advantage Independent, self‑motivated and able to meet tight deadlines Analytical mind with ability to work in fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Familiar with Oracle is highly preferred We offer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
