These roles support enterprise applications across aviation and banking, covering Level 1–2 support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and platform operations. All positions are 12-month rolling contracts with high potential for renewal or permanent conversion based on business needs and performance. Support Specialist (Aviation) Budget: HKD 30,000-38,000/month Responsibilities Provide Level-2 support for enterprise applications and internal systems. Troubleshoot incidents across Java, C#, PowerBuilder, or Oracle-based systems. Coordinate with vendors and development teams for issue resolution. Assist with documentation, system enhancements, testing, and deployment. Monitor production systems and ensure minimal downtime. Requirements Experience in application support using Oracle DB, Java/C#, or PowerBuilder. Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical issues. Familiarity with incident and change management processes. Good communication skills; Cantonese and English required. 2. Junior Support Specialist (Aviation) Budget: HKD 17,000/month Responsibilities Provide Level-1/2 support for business applications and internal systems. Log, track, and elevate incidents using standard ticketing tools. Assist with troubleshooting, system checks, and user enquiries. Maintain documentation and support knowledge bases. Support developers and senior engineers during testing cycles. Requirements Basic knowledge of Oracle DB, Java, C#, or web technologies. Strong willingness to learn and grow in application support. Good teamwork, communication, and documentation skills. 3. Salesforce Support Specialist (Aviation) Budget: HKD 20,000/month Responsibilities Provide daily support for Salesforce-based applications and workflows. Handle cases related to user access, data updates, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate with developers for configuration fixes and enhancements. Support UAT cycles, testing documentation, and user training sessions. Ensure compliance with change and release management processes. Requirements Some exposure to Salesforce (admin, support, or operations roles). Understanding of CRM workflows and database-driven applications. Ability to prioritise cases and communicate clearly with end users. Eager to gain deeper Salesforce knowledge; certifications a plus. 4. RPA Support Analyst (Aviation) Budget: HKD 20,000/month Responsibilities Monitor and support RPA bots and automated workflows in production. Troubleshoot bot failures, exceptions, and process anomalies. Coordinate with RPA developers to improve automation reliability. Maintain documentation, logs, and runbooks for operations. Support UAT, deployment, and enhancement cycles. Requirements Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar). Strong problem‑solving and system troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills for interfacing with business users. Experience in operations environments preferred. 5. Application L2 Support Analyst (Aviation) Budget: HKD 20,000/month Responsibilities Provide Level‑2 support for mission‑critical airport or aviation systems. Perform system checks, monitoring, and interface troubleshooting. Handle tickets related to system errors, integrations, and user issues. Work with vendors and internal teams for root‑cause analysis. Provide on‑site/off‑site support as required by project operations. Requirements Experience in IT support or application operations. Understanding of SQL queries, batch jobs, or simple scripting tasks. Ability to follow SOPs, incident workflows, and structured troubleshooting. Flexible to support occasional shifts or weekend operations. Multiple support opportunities across enterprise platforms. Exposure to aviation and banking environments.
