Major Duties And Responsibilities Production Assistant – Supporting day to day operations on set, including logistics, scheduling and communication. Assisting the director and production team with coordination of cast and crew. Handling administrative tasks and on-set problem solving to ensure smooth workflow. Assistant – Art Department – Providing support to the art director in set design, props preparation, and visual continuity; assisting with construction, decoration, and maintenance of sets; ensuring design elements are delivered on time and within budget. Assistant – Costume Team – Supporting the costume designer in fittings, alterations, and wardrobe organization; maintaining costumes during production and assisting actors with changes; coordinating with other departments to ensure costumes align with the film’s visual style. Other relevant positions – Depending on project needs, applications for other crew positions not listed above (e.g., assistant camera, sound, lighting, or props) are also welcome. Candidates A recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Film, Creative Media, Theatre Arts, Fashion Design, or related disciplines.
