Responsibilities Handle various administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records. Coordinate between different departments (sales, marketing, accounting, customer service) to ensure sales processes run smoothly. This includes inventory management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating communication. Assist in organizing sales promotion activities such as exhibitions, product seminars, and training sessions for clients and sales staff, and provide support during sales presentations or events. Monitor and update the content of the company website regularly. Assist in creating product brochures and catalogues for sales promotion purposes. Exercise other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Diploma/degree holder in marketing, business or related disciplines preferred. Minimum 3 years of working experience in trading business. Good written and communication skills in both English and Chinese required; fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
