Overview As a core executor of the school's admissions work, you shall have a strong sense of initiative, proactively develop diverse admission channels, accurately reach foreign and high‑net‑worth prospective families, convey the school's educational value through professional services, help achieve and exceed admission targets, and provide key support for improving the quality and scale of the school's student enrollment. Key Responsibilities Channel Development and Maintenance : Proactively explore and expand admission channels, including but not limited to international educational institutions, foreign‑invested enterprises, foreign communities, chambers of commerce and partners, and establish a long‑term and stable student source network; regularly maintain channel relationships, track channel effects, and optimise channel layout. Consultation Reception and Conversion : Accurately respond to parents' inquiries via phone, email and offline, introduce the school's curriculum system (such as international courses, bilingual teaching), school‑running advantages and admission policies in detail, keep consultation records and follow up efficiently, solve parents' doubts in a timely manner, and promote intention conversion. Live Broadcast and Content Delivery : Regularly plan and conduct online live broadcast activities, and give professional explanations on topics such as the school's curriculum features, admission requirements (application criteria, document list, interview process) and campus life; enhance parents' trust through interactive Q&A, expand the influence of admission promotion, and attract more attention from prospective families. Admissions Event Execution : Participate in and assist in organising online and offline admission activities such as campus open days, education exhibitions, and campus information sessions; be responsible for on‑site consultation, school introduction and collection of prospective customer information; sort out information in a timely manner after the event and follow up with prospective customers. Application Process Guidance : Provide full‑process guidance to parents on application procedures including registration, document submission and interview arrangement; proficiently use the Open Apply system to manage application progress and update application status in real time; provide one‑stop seamless service for new families from consultation to enrolment to ensure new students enrol smoothly and transition stably. Data Management and Reporting : Manage customer information and application data using CRM system and Open Apply system; regularly analyse channel effects, consultation conversion and live broadcast data; report the latest information such as class size, enrollment forecast, campus capacity, admission status and market situation to the admissions supervisor, providing data support for admission decisions. Cross‑departmental Collaboration : Maintain close communication with academic, administrative and other departments; timely grasp changes in curriculum updates, project adjustments, campus activities and course selection rules to ensure the accuracy and consistency of externally delivered content (including live broadcast content); assist in coordinating work related to admissions with various departments. Brand Reputation Building : Actively maintain the school's brand image, accumulate parents' word‑of‑mouth through high‑quality services, and proactively promote the development of referral channels such as old customer recommendations; collect parents' feedback and provide suggestions for the school to optimise admission services and teaching management. Administrative Tasks and Additional Work : Complete admission‑related administrative tasks and processes in accordance with established standards to ensure standardised and orderly work; prepare admission reports/data as needed; follow the instructions of the Marketing and Admissions Supervisor/Manager to complete other assigned tasks. Core Competencies • Bachelor's degree or above, major in English, Marketing, International Education, Business, Hospitality Management or Customer Service is preferred. • CET‑6 or above, fluent in oral and written English, able to conduct bilingual communication independently (communicate with foreign parents and international channel partners). Proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred. • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in admissions, sales or customer service, prior experience in international schools or foreign‑related educational institutions is highly preferred ; those familiar with the characteristics of the international education industry and admission processes are better. • Strong sense of initiative and pioneering spirit , able to actively explore market resources, proactively respond to admission challenges, and constantly explore new admission ideas and methods. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), proficiency in Open Apply system is preferred ; with basic data processing and analysis capabilities. • Excellent live broadcast communication skills, able to convey the school's curriculum and admission information clearly, professionally and vividly through online channels; strong camera presence and good at interacting with online audiences. • Detail‑oriented, organised in work, punctual and efficient; with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem‑solving skills and strong service awareness. • Outgoing and approachable, able to adapt to a multicultural work environment and establish good relationships with school administrators, parents, teachers, students and alumni. • Able to accept weekend and occasional irregular work arrangements (including live broadcast time).
