Position Overview The Associate Director of Admissions plays a pivotal role in driving student enrolment across AISL Harrow Schools. This senior position is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to enhance admissions performance, parent engagement, and retention. The role requires close collaboration with admissions teams, headmasters, senior leaders at the school level, and different functions at the group level. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in admissions strategy, preferably within the education sector, and possess strong communication, data analysis, and CRM system skills. Key Responsibilities Strategic Admissions Leadership Support the Group Director of Admissions in developing and executing group-wide admissions strategies to meet enrolment targets. Monitor and analyse admissions performance across schools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives to enhance parent experience, communication, and engagement throughout the admissions journey. Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to align campaigns with admissions goals and ensure consistent messaging. Business Development Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local and international organisations, corporate partners, education agents, and community groups to expand enrolment channels. Explore new markets and innovative outreach opportunities to attract prospective families. Work with internal stakeholders to develop tailored propositions for different segments and regions. Represent AISL Harrow Schools at external events, conferences, and forums to promote the brand and build networks. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a key liaison between the group office and school admissions teams, providing guidance, training, and support. Build strong relationships with headmasters and senior school leaders to ensure alignment on admissions priorities and provide strategic recommendations. Admissions Operations & Systems Oversee the end-to-end admissions process across schools, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with group policies. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within the CRM and school management systems. Drive continuous improvement in admissions workflows and parent-facing touchpoints. Parent Experience & Retention Develop and implement strategies to improve parent satisfaction and retention, including onboarding, communication, and feedback mechanisms. Analyse parent feedback and admissions data to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery. Event Management Work with Group Marketing Team on group-level admissions and marketing events. Support school teams in delivering high-impact local events that drive engagement and conversion. Budget & Reporting Assist in planning and managing the annual admissions budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership. Other Duties Undertake travel to AISL Harrow Schools as required, including occasional weekends. Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Director of Admissions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or customer experience, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record in driving enrolment growth and developing strategic partnerships. Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels. Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Knowledge of British curricula and international education systems is an advantage. Prior experience working in Mainland China or with China-based families and partners is highly preferred.
