Application System Support - MNC Retail Group Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and other third-party systems. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards. Provide documentation, training, and support for developed solutions. IT Service Desk Support: Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and in-house applications. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalation of complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of support activities in ITSM tools. Assist with user onboarding, account management, and permissions within Microsoft 365 and in-house applications. Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues. Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality goods and services at optimal terms. Develop and maintain demand and financial forecasts to guide operational decisions. Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and cost controls. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for savings or performance improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement, accurate forecasting, and effective budget management. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online). IT Support Skills Experience in IT service desk operations and ticketing systems. Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows OS, Office applications, and network connectivity. Soft Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Spoken and written in English. Mandarin is a plus. Education & Experience Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant experience in low-code development and IT support roles. College project is also welcome.
