Temporary Executive Assistant (LiPACE) – (25002DY) Job type: Temporary/Part-time Non-Academic. School: Li Ka Shing School of Professional and Continuing Education. Closing date: 17/Nov/2025, 3:59:00 PM. Major Duties and Responsibilities Generate creative content and layouts for various social media platforms, including video and photography works. Develop professional visual elements to promote the School’s image and programmes; apply professional images on appropriate channels (advertisement, events, media, etc.). Plan and execute the production of publications with professional and consistent design; ensure accurate information and provide layout designs for various publications, including booklets, newsletters, advertisements, leaflets, online advertisements, etc. Provide administrative and logistic support to daily office operations and School events. Assist in publicity and marketing related activities of the School. Work closely with all parties, both internal and external, to facilitate the creation of multimedia content. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean (LiPACE) or his/her nominee. Candidates Should Possess A recognized bachelor’s degree in any discipline. At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience. A good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Attributes of being a good team player, possessing a strong sense of responsibility, and demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently.
