The Workstation Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the AP Workstation Business. Key responsibilities include: Owning end-to-end product strategy and achieving financial goals in the region. Developing and implementing product strategies aligned with business objectives. Executing business planning, including sales demand planning, pricing strategies, GTN management, and promotional campaigns. Managing the product portfolio to meet market needs and localize offerings. Developing route-to-market strategies to maximize coverage and profitability. Leading cross-functional teams in supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance. Reporting on performance metrics and KPIs, including financial, product-specific, and customer satisfaction metrics.
