Our client is a global FMCG Principal. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Key Account Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities Managing relationships with key retailers and modern trade channels Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Act as a point of contact for key accounts, responding to inquiries and addressing issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies tailored to key accounts. Prepare reports on account performance, market insights, and competitive analysis for management review. Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment in objectives and execution. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
