Data Analyst, Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role focuses on supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) activities, and the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving our data processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights through data visualization and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems and cloud databases.
  • Maintain and update the supplier management system to ensure smooth integration of new vendors into the supply chain, driving immediate operational impact.
  • Assist in automating sales revenue data processes and support daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Help analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop performance dashboards and analytics for continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Support the management of group policies and the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Prior experience in procurement and vendor management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with SRM and ERP-related software is highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
