Accounts Solutions Associate - FY26 Campus For internal purposes, this role will be titled Account Service Associate . Role Overview As an Account Solutions Associate , you will gain hands‑on exposure to how top‑tier institutional clients are served across their entire lifecycle — from onboarding to transaction execution. You will work closely with teams across Business, Product, Risk, Legal, and Operations , helping turn client needs into actionable solutions that drive satisfaction and growth. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Development and internal teams (Operations, Risk, Finance, Legal) to address client needs efficiently. Support the end‑to‑end client lifecycle, including onboarding, KYC due diligence, account management, and transaction execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing operational support in financial products (e.g., structured loans). Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and attention to detail. Assist in risk and compliance processes to ensure adherence to company standards. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields. Strong analytical foundation with a solid grasp of financial concepts. Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. A team player who enjoys solving problems and collaborating across functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
