Administration Assistant / Receptionist (6 months contract) A career in Boardroom Corporate Services (HK) Limited, within Central Administration Unit, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Boardroom values by working with the corporate services provider expert in Singapore, Malaysia and Asia-Pacific region. You’ll focus on Central Administration Unit by building relationships with clients and IPO, while understanding the dynamic and comprehensive knowledge in the businesses. Responsibilities Attend to phone calls and guests in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and relay information to the appropriate person. Responsible for daily postage and couriers (incoming & outgoing documents). Provide administrative and human resources support, including filing, updating documents and faxing. Assist in coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment. Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors for the procurement of office supplies. Check, take stock and report the status of inventories. Coordinate and schedule activities, meetings, and travel arrangements. Support other departments with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Perform outdoor work as required (bank, post office, etc.). Assist in ad‑hoc tasks if necessary. Any other tasks/projects assigned by your superior and management. Preferred Skills & Attributes Higher Diploma or above. At least 1 year in receptionist, human resources or administration field preferable. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Independent, mature, well‑organized and detail‑minded.
