Lead the way in growing Gross Written Premium (GWP) by forging impactful connections with Major Trading Partners (MTP) and brokers. Assess risks for both new and renewal business, ensuring every decision supports profitable portfolio growth and aligns with our high standards. Stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring market trends and demonstrating a keen awareness of market cycles to inform effective underwriting decisions. Ensure all underwriting activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, safeguarding our obligations and reputation.
