We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team with a focus on the Japan market. The candidate will be responsible to support our expansion and raise Cafuné’s profile in Japan. Responsibilities Assist in setting regional strategies, developing and implementing regional marketing campaigns, social media and public relations initiatives to drive business growth. Create and translate communication content that aligns with the brand and resonates with target audience in Japan, including social media contents, eDM copywriting and other marketing collaterals. Lead project management for brand events and pop ups, travel to Japan required. Plan and lead influencer marketing including product seeding and any kind of collaboration opportunities. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives. Monitor trends and analyse competitor activitiesfor continuous evaluation and planning. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements Excellent command of both written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1) and English; Native Japanese speakers are welcomed. Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines. Minimum 6+ years working experience; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate. Proactive, self-motivated and self-disciplined with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good time management, attention to detail and able to handle multi-tasks under tight timeline. Good team player in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment.
