Sales Team Lead (Medical Device - Orthopaedics / 5 Days / Willing to travel) About the Company – Medical Implant Distributor A Regional Orthopaedic Implant Distributor, experiencing growing market presence in Asia. They are looking for a Sales Team Lead to spearhead and lead the sales and market expansion of the Hong Kong orthopaedic implant market. The individual would be pivotal in developing strategic sales plans building strong relationships with key stakeholders. About the Team - Sales Team Lead You will be part of a dynamic and growing sales team dedicated to expanding the company's presence. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and COO, and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of the company in the country. You will be responsible for leading the sales operations in the country and ensuring alignment with the broader regional objectives. Drive nationwide sales efforts for surgical systems through strategic planning and execution. Identify high-potential hospitals and healthcare partners to accelerate product adoption. Cultivate and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals and stakeholders in the Hong Kong Orthopaedic landscape. Represent the Company at industry meetings and events, and deliver impactful education sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business goals and gather field feedback. Operate as Company’s Key representative, ensuring compliance with company policies, and provide timely reporting to support business insights and strategic decision-making. Implement sales strategy and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in line with Company regional strategy. Conduct market research, provide feedback on market trends, obtain information about competition, products, prices, and sales and marketing strategies of assigned sales territories. Key Requirements: Proven track record in Hong Kong Orthopaedic sector. Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, regulations, and decision‑making processes. Excellent interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and build lasting partnerships. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. Self‑starter with the flexibility to travel across Hong Kong for business needs. Minimum 3‑5 years experience in Sales / Marketing in a relevant discipline.
