Your Mission Lead a pod of 3‑4 sales reps to maximize revenue in a high‑velocity, short‑cycle sales environment (3‑day deal lifecycle). You are the “pit crew chief” ensuring no deal gets stuck, no opportunity goes cold, and every rep operates at peak performance. What You Actually Do Daily Immediate intervention when deals stall: "This lead went cold 2 hours ago, call NOW with this approach." Prioritize rep activities in real‑time: "Drop that and focus on these 3 hot prospects first." Remove blockers instantly—don’t let reps spin on objections or logistics. Track deal velocity: identify what’s slowing conversions and fix it same day. Active Coaching & Quality Control (30%) Listen to calls live and give immediate feedback (not post‑call reviews). Jump on calls with reps when deals need closing support. Role‑play objection handling and pitch improvements. Spot skill gaps and train on the spot: qualification, pitch, objection handling, urgency creation. Ensure every rep knows exactly what to do next on every deal. Performance Tracking & Operations (20%) Manage commission calculations for your pod. Handle escalations and difficult customer situations. Coordinate with sales support on logistics and operations. Key Metrics You Own Pod are on target consistently. Average deal cycle stays at or below 3 days. No deals fall through cracks. Rep activity rates (calls, emails, quotes sent). Who Succeeds in This Role Proven inside sales closer (you’ve hit quota yourself in a fast‑paced environment). Comfortable with pressure —3‑day cycles mean constant urgency; you thrive on it. Obsessed with details —you catch what’s slipping before anyone else notices. Direct and clear —you give immediate, actionable feedback without sugarcoating. Energizing presence —you keep team morale up even when pushing hard. CRM proficient —comfortable tracking every deal, activity, and metric in the system. Team‑first —your wins come from your reps’ wins. What You Won’t Do Long‑term strategy development (that’s the sales manager’s job). Administrative busywork (sales support handles that). Compensation HK$28,000‑32,000 base + performance bonus up to HK$40,000+ (tied to pod hitting targets). Tools You’ll Use CRM system (deal tracking, activity monitoring). Call recording/monitoring. Daily metrics dashboard. 5‑day work week, 09:00 – 18:00. 18 days annual leave. Discretionary bonus. Medical insurance.
