Responsibilities Review product lifecycle management such as valuation reports and margin call Provide support to business and work closely with back office on the trade, settlement and clearing for wide range of listed products in global markets, including but not limited to equity, futures, options, and stock options. Business Operational Support, including but not limited to business operational daily funding, currency deficit and SBL Counterparties Cash Collateral monitoring All Client trading account related issues from onboarding to funding and margin issues, fund, and stocks deposit/withdrawal Review KYC, settlement status and trade report for process management Monitor and enhance control processes related to regulatory reporting Audit and Compliance/AML checks, accounts risk review, limits review Trade Support and client support ensuring accuracy of all trades related matters and trade confirmation booking as well as clients reporting Design funding projection model for cost-effective trade settlement Design operational control procedures and develop relevant control reports to surface, measure and avoid/mitigate operational risks. Monitor complicated settlement and control exceptions, investigate, and coordinate to resolve. Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s) 5+ years of relevant experience Experience with Equity Swaps is preferred Strong knowledge of market practice, market operations and regulations in wide range of markets and products High capability to adapt to changing working requirements Independent, enthusiastic, accountable and able to work under pressure Logical and systematic thinking Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin #J-18808-Ljbffr
