Trade Support for Structured Products Perform trade booking for structured products Manage the complete lifecycle of structured product trades from initiation to maturity Generate and maintain trading-related statistics and reports Ensure accuracy and timeliness of trade data entry and validation Coordinate with front office and back office teams to resolve trade discrepancies Monitor and track trade status and ensure proper documentation Product Management Support Support product management activities for structured products, funds, and bonds Facilitate product listing and onboarding processes Maintain and update product-related databases and systems Assist in product data maintenance and quality control Process Improvement Utilize programming skills (VBA and other tools) to automate and streamline daily operations Develop and maintain tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors Identify opportunities for process optimization Create and maintain documentation for automated processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Financial engineering, Statistics, data science or related field 1-2 years’ experience in trade support in wealth management or financial services Programming foundation with proficiency in VBA and other basic programming tools Ability to apply programming skills to improve daily work processes and automate routine tasks Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good understanding of financial products, particularly structured products, funds, and bonds Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
