Overview As the business advisor and main point of contact to a merchant's post-live process, you will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand, delivering expertise, education, and mentorship to our merchants. The key to success is using your business savvy and gravitas to communicate and influence at all levels to achieve mutually beneficial scenarios and promote our value proposition. The ideal candidate is independent, high-achieving, and motivated to contribute in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Crafting merchant-specific account development plans Building high-touch, consultative relationships with merchants through regular and open communications Delivering expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and complete a comprehensive, global payments strategy Tracking merchant project deliverables and ensuring activities are updated within Salesforce Understanding the intricacies of our products, services and partner networks to meet merchant needs Collaborating with various teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Integration, Support) to ensure an outstanding merchant experience Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success role or relevant roles (bonus if in FinTech, Payments industry, or from a merchant side) A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills Self-motivated learner with excellent organizational skills Strong commercial sense and ability to establish robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Multifaceted approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to balance multiple opportunities concurrently Passionate about learning and working on a wide portfolio of accounts Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Fluent in English and Mandarin About Checkout.com Checkout.com is a global payments platform with offices worldwide.
