The position requires a strong understanding of combining business and finance, and the ability to analyze financial data to provide recommendations that align with organizational goals. Job Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS). Manage month‑end and year‑end financial reporting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Develop and implement financial workflows and procedures. Implement strategies to minimize errors in financial reporting and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives. Fully responsible for general ledger management, including reconciliations and maintenance of accurate financial records. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with at least two years senior role or similar. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
