We give you a world of potential Computershare Plan Managers (HK/China) is the largest provider of Employee Share Plan management services in Hong Kong and China and currently counts amongst 200 of the most influential publicly listed Client companies as clients where we manage all aspects of their Employee Share Plan. With the successful establishment of our business in HK/China, we are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our Financial Reporting Team. This is a rare opportunity that will give successful applicant fantastic exposure to the dynamic and fast‑growing business in Asia. A role you will love As a Financial Reporting Associate, you will be servicing clients’ share‑based compensation related to financial reporting needs. You will also be managing clients’ plan & financial data in our databases, preparing and auditing financial reports. Some other key accountabilities will include: Responding to written and telephone enquiries from clients Communicating with client’s auditors and providing necessary assistance Assisting development programs and projects Supporting marketing team on promoting financial reporting services Other Ad hoc tasks as required What will you bring to the role? To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, problem‑solving techniques, time management skills and will have an eye for details. The ideal candidate would have around 2‑4 years of experience in accounting. Some other key skills required for the role: University graduate with bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business / Commerce An excellent communication skill. Good command of English & Mandarin Chinese, fluent in Cantonese is a must Ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level is a must Good problem‑solving techniques and attention to details Excellent critical & logical thinking and data analysis skill Ability to multi‑tasking and strong time management skill Strong self‑learning skill and high degree of self‑motivation Ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team Graduate majoring in accounting is a plus About 2‑4 years’ experience in accounting is a must Familiar with Macro or VBA is a plus Rewards designed for you Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.
