What the role is? Conduct and manage essential licensing training programs, including General Insurance (GI), MPF, and Investment‑Linked Assurance Schemes (ILAS), to ensure the team meets all regulatory requirements. Design, develop, and update a suite of training materials specifically for the elite team, incuding creating engaging eCPD and CDP modules; developing comprehensive new product training decks and launch kits; modernising existing content for virtual and in‑person delivery. Deliver high‑impact training sessions on advanced product knowledge, sophisticated sales techniques, and market trends to an experienced audience. Act as a key committee member for the ongoing development of our Learning Management System (LMS). Contribute to the system's strategic enhancement, feature integration, and user experience improvement to support digital learning initiatives. Engage in cross‑functional collaboration, partnering with the leadership of the Elite Life Planner Team and key stakeholders across various departments (such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing) to conduct comprehensive needs analysis, align training initiatives with broader business objectives, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of training projects, from concept and design to delivery and evaluation, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution. Utilise data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programmes, reporting on their impact and providing recommendations for future development. What are we looking for? Degree holder in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training and development, specifically within the insurance or financial services industry. Good knowledge on a wide range of life insurance products. Proven experience conducting licensing training for IIQE Papers (1, 2, 3, 5) and MPF. Good at instructional design and developing training content for various formats (e‑learning, classroom, virtual). Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior sales professionals and leaders across different business functions. Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and its platform enhancement and administration. Proactive, organised, and detail‑oriented. Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
