Fund Administration Officer

Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of the company's fund administration services. Be responsible for team building and the management of team members. Establish standardized fund administration service processes and enhance the operational risk prevention and control mechanism. Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure team activities comply with regulatory, legal and compliance, and internal policies. Develop new clients, establish and maintain customer relationships. Coordinate and communicate with various intermediary institutions to provide comprehensive services for fund managers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in the securities and financial industry, including at least 5 years of overseas fund administration services or related business experience. In-depth understanding of overseas fund industry regulatory policies, fund structures, and operational models; familiar with relevant business systems for overseas fund administration. Experience with public funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to resolve complex issues. Team player with a proactive and driven attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Prior team management experience is preferred. Experience in serving as Responsible Officer (RO) in licensed institutions under HK SFC is preferred.
