Warehouse Manager (4 days work per week) Our client is the largest and longest established retail group in Hong Kong with an extensive network of over 200 stores. They welcome applications from high calibre candidates to join their expanding team. Responsibilities Responsible for effective logistics operation including warehousing and delivery transportation. Manage daily warehouse operation such as pick & pack, loading & unloading, re-labelling, storage, delivery, goods return and warehouse security. Lead a warehouse & logistics team and deploy proper resources to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery. Consolidate daily delivery order, plan and review capacity and journey of fleet to fully utilize the resources and support ad hoc assignment. Implement and monitor inventory control to ensure stock flow accuracy. Prepare reports related to inventory, logistics, operational efficiency, and budgeting. Enforce and review security and work safety measures and controls in warehouse periodically. Review operation procedures and drive process improvement. Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant working experience including at least 2 years in managerial position. Hands‑on experience in warehouse and transportation management is a must. A responsible leader with strong supervisory, management and communication skills. Good sense of stock accuracy and strong analytical ability. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
