New Market Expansion Manager

Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our Global Expansion team as a New Market Expansion Manager . This role is pivotal in driving our international growth — identifying, developing, and executing market entry strategies for new regions worldwide. You will play a key role in helping the company obtain necessary licenses, launch new product lines, and establish a strong local presence. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in a leading crypto exchange, is comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments, and thrives on taking ownership from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities Execute market entry and expansion plans in identified target regions. Support the licensing process and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to secure regulatory approvals where required. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to launch new products or services in new markets. Conduct research and analysis to support new market strategy decisions. Work closely with business, compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure successful market rollout. Monitor project timelines, anticipate challenges, and proactively drive solutions. Represent the company in discussions with local partners, service providers, and regulators when necessary. Travel to new markets as needed to oversee on-ground execution. Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leading crypto exchange Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to execute independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and globally distributed environment. Willingness to travel internationally. Good to Have Experience working on licensing or market entry projects across multiple jurisdictions. Mandarin language skills (spoken and written). Prior experience working in or with emerging markets.
