- Handle the procurement requests at firm level.
- Validate the data, information and supporting documents provided in the requests.
- Communicate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve the procurement issues and enquiries in a timely manner.
- Drive and review procurement requests to ensure adherence to best practices and corporate governance.
- Review invoice payment requests, including validating the data and the accounting booking of expenses.
- Process invoice payments to vendors.
- Assist in preparing regular and any ad-hoc reports, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sizable company.
- Accounting knowledge is a definite advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills; people-oriented and a team player.
- High integrity, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office (including Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- SAP knowledge is a definite advantage.
