We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team at OKIA Optical Co., Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, providing financial insights, and ensuring compliance across our factories in China and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including factory teams, to improve cost structures and drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and consultants, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • CPA or equivalent, with a degree/master's in Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in senior management.
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on manufacturing cost accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of PRC and HK accounting standards and taxation regulations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of challenging traditional approaches.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to China and Vietnam.
