Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations for corporate events and banquets. Support the development of new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication. Assist in monitoring sales progress and contribute to achieving revenue targets for recurrent events. Help allocate facilities and services efficiently to meet both client needs and the Centre’s business objectives. Stay informed on industry trends to support event offerings and marketing strategies. Maintain strong communication with key clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events and high client satisfaction. Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and contribute to a collaborative working environment. Job Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. 1–2 years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered. Experience in venue or banquet operations is an advantage. Strong command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse clientele. Proficient in software applications, including Word, Excel, and database management. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and package for the right candidate.
