Responsibilities Manage travel arrangements, hotel accommodation for senior executives and associates required for business travel Liaise corporate fares with hotel and airlines Organize company events or conferences Organize for company renovations Monitor mailing supplies, equipment repair, office machines and systems, and problem‑solve issues as needed (including postage, copiers, conference room scheduling) Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies Supervise and monitor the work of the administrative team Manage office budgets Liaise with suppliers and property management Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative role. Superior organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Solid financial acumen and experience with budget management. Able to effectively negotiate with external/internal stakeholders and vendors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service‑oriented attitude. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
