We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to join our team. The role supports the delivery of IT projects from initiation to completion, handling day-to-day project tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. This position offers valuable exposure to project management, client communication, and application testing and implementation processes. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including functional specifications, test plan, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct system testing and assist in quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet requirements. Support the delivery of client training sessions and provide technical support services. Assist in handling client enquiries and tracking issue resolution. Follow up on project progress with internal teams, clients, and external parties. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience. Those with less experience will be considered for the position of “Project Associate”. Good understanding of software development or system implementation processes is an advantage. Able to communicate efficiently and accurately. English and Mandarin proficiency is required. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skill, with positive attitude, self-motivation and be able to work under stress, as well as attention to details. Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
