Responsibilities Project Planning and Management Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and milestone achievement. Support the Project Manager in maintaining accurate project documentation, such as project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Prepare proposals and tenders for project opportunities. Aid in tracking project expenses and resource allocation. Perform quality control by reviewing progress, deliverables, and timelines to ensure compliance with set standards. Team Coordination and Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize project-related information. Assist in coordinating team meetings and ensure thorough documentation of action items and their follow-up. Stakeholder Management Assist the Project Manager in fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Help communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Additional Duties Utilize Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to provide support in editing photos and videos when required. Participate in ad-hoc tasks/ projects when assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in business, project management, or a related field. Proven experience of 2 years or above in IT Project Management. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Project Assistant. Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset. Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiar with project tools, i.e. Trello, Jira n Notion Familiarity with IT or AI technologies is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for photo and video editing is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
