If you’re ready to propel your career to the next level, apply now, and become part of our dynamic and growing team Position Overview We are looking for a highly proactive individual to be the key link between our IT Project Teams (Project Managers) and senior management. Your main job is to ensure everyone is on the same page. You will actively collect project status, flag issues, and organize information into easy‑to‑understand reports for executives. At the same time, you will clearly communicate management’s decisions back to the teams. This role needs excellent communication and the ability to act fast. Key Responsibilities Your focus is on smooth flow, quick reporting, and problem‑solving: I. Communication & Reporting Be the Main Point: Act as the first contact for all IT Project Managers; actively gather project progress, pain points, and needs. Simplify Complex Data: Take technical details and quickly organize them into simple, clear reports and presentations for senior management. Share Decisions: Make sure management’s decisions, plans, and priorities are clearly and quickly communicated to all relevant IT teams. II. Progress & Risk Management Watch Key Deadlines: Closely monitor project milestones and deadlines, and proactively highlight any potential risks or delays to IT management before they become big problems. Improve Flow: Look for ways to make our project reporting and documentation process faster and easier for everyone. Check Quality: Review and refine project reports/documents from team leaders to ensure high quality and accuracy before they reach the executives. Skills & Experience Experience: At least 3 years working closely with management or in a project coordination/support role, preferably in an IT or technology environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience is valued highly. Core Abilities: You must be extremely proactive , highly organized, and able to manage multiple urgent tasks at once. Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Cantonese is essential. Bonus: Familiarity with basic project tools (like Jira, Trello) or project standards.
