Executive Assistant – School of Humanities and Social Science The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) invites applications for the position of Executive Assistant to support the School of Humanities and Social Science. The role will assist in student recruitment and promotion, programme administration, committee secretariat duties, event coordination, social media management, and general student and public inquiries. Responsibilities Assist in student recruitment, programme promotion and administration. Assist in organising student interviews and follow‑up with admission processes. Assist in preparing and updating publications and promotional materials for the postgraduate programmes. Assist in managing and maintaining the social media accounts for the programmes (WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Serve as secretary to various committees and working groups. Assist in organising activities such as student orientation, seminars, workshops, and outreach events. Handle student and public inquiries. Qualifications and Requirements Recognised bachelor’s degree with at least one year of relevant working experience. Proficiency in common office computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software such as Canva. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility. Organised, self‑motivated and a good team player. Work experience in the tertiary education sector is advantageous. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
