BAT HK has an exciting opportunity for an Activation Executive. Key Responsibilities Design and manage overall Horeca plan and its budget allocation to improve channel ROI and sales performance. Work with all partners internally and externally, supporting the development of strategic plans for Horeca. Deliver activities to improve brand presence & product trial, ensuring a strong conversion to regular and loyal consumers to sustain growth and competitiveness. Collaborate with the Trade team & SPI team to identify and extract deep consumer insights as needed for Horeca development. Consumer/Trade Activation & Merchandising Support Develop overall merchandising and visibility strategy and budget plan. Lead the implementation of the agreed route‑to‑market strategy, merchandising plan and distribution coverage to optimize brand launch and growth. Work with local creative agencies to develop & implement merchandising support campaigns. Manage implementation agencies & distributors to ensure proper execution of brand cycle campaigns and brand ambassador activities. Liaise with Brand and Trade teams on resource allocation, in‑store display design, and in‑market communication. Operation Support Assist the GT & Activation Manager to prepare operational planning & briefing, coordinate the deployment of cycle activations with internal and external collaborators, ensuring execution aligns with brief. Provide performance reports to management, enabling data‑driven decisions through market analysis and actionable insights. Support budget management, POSM inventory tracking, and ROI monitoring for activation and merchandising. Relationship Management Develop strong business relationships with trade counterparts and agencies to ensure proper implementation of activities and plans in line with company objectives. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Brand, Finance, SPI) to ensure smooth operation and achievement of company goals. What We’re Looking For At least 3–4 years of trade marketing / consumer brand activation experience, preferably in a renowned FMCG company. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent coordination and project‑management capabilities. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and logical/creative thinking. Business intuition and critical thinking. Continuous improvement mentality. University graduate in Business Administration or equivalent.
