Associate (Business Management) - Structured Finance Assist supervisor in coordinating the development of Structured Finance Department (SFD); ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and provide business and administrative support to SFD. Responsibilities Assist supervisor in formulating business strategy and preparing the budget and business plan for SFD. Provide administrative support and prepare internal reports for SFD. Assist in the development of the SFD platform to meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Division Head and Department Head. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking sector. Sound knowledge of banking operations. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. Team player with good communication skills.
