Senior Associate (Structured Lending and Solution) - Structured Finance Department Responsibilities Support Section head of Structured lending and solution to originate and structure syndicated/bilateral loan for aviation, shipping, cross-boundary and event-driven transactions. Develop and maintain expertise in structured lending to aviation and shipping sector, subscription finance for funds, cross-boundary and event driven transactions, including knowledge of market dynamics, regulations, technologies, and key players. Analyze industry data and trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks for the structured lending. Acquire new event driven and cross-boundary transactions by connecting to fund sponsors. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Division Head and Department Head. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking / Finance sector or relevant industry with proven track record in originating, structuring and/or distributing financing solution in various structures. Experienced in aviation, shipping, subscription finance for funds would be an advantage. Knowledge and experience in aviation and ship financing field a plus. HKSI (Paper 1 or equivalent). Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
