Proactively sell and promote our full suite of marketing solutions, including upselling and cross-selling online, event and PR solutions to both new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand sales across our comprehensive marketing offerings. Organize and conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential and key clients to close deals. Foster and nurture lasting client relationships to support ongoing partnerships and sustained revenue. Achieve sales targets while demonstrating a strong drive for revenue completion. Conduct market research to shape strategies and stay ahead of industry trends. The Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Business Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales an advertising, PR, or event agency, with a proven track record in client acquisition, proposal development, media planning, and closing deals. Strong evidence of sales performance, such as exceeding quotas (100%+ attainment) or driving consistent revenue increases in previous roles. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Online media knowledge is highly desirable. Target-driven with high self-motivation, discipline, and resilience under pressure. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, coupled with an aggressive, results-driven approach.
