Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant- MNC Company A leading global manufacturer and distributor in the industrial tools and components sector is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support senior management in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager and senior leadership team Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate local & overseas travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence; handle expense claims and invoicing Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and clients on behalf of management Organize company events, client meetings, and team-building activities Maintain confidential files, records, and office systems Handle ad-hoc projects and personal tasks as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role Engineering or technical background strongly preferred (to better support a technical/industrial environment) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus Proactive, discreet, and able to work independently under pressure Immediate availability preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
