We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic Total Rewards Manager to join the corporate services team at a leading apparel and manufacturing client. This group-level position plays a pivotal role in shaping compensation and benefits strategies to drive talent attraction, retention, and business performance. Based in Hong Kong, you will oversee critical reporting and analysis functions while collaborating closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead compensation and benefits (C&B) reporting, including preparation of detailed financial analyses and consolidations reports across the warehouses (10+) & Local Offices. Conduct return on investment (ROI) evaluations for rewards programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement total rewards strategies that comply with Hong Kong labor regulations and support global operations. Benchmark salaries, manage incentive programs, and provide advisory support on rewards matters to HR and business leaders. Oversee annual compensation cycles, job evaluations, and data integrity for accurate reporting. Work closely with the team, HR Controller, finance team and other HR teams to complete every year’s Budget and Forecasts including personnel costs, headcount/FTE, productivity, HR other functional costs and other related reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize rewards frameworks and foster a high-performance culture. Regular reports and present to HQ for business management and decision. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Human Resources field, with hands‑on experience in Compensation & Benefits and Financial reporting & analysis related areas. Strong expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar). Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, or SHRM are a plus. Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, attention to details and high degree of accuracy. Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Junior candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
