Senior Merchandiser (5 days work) Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end merchandising operations in collaboration with international offices and manufacturing partners Drive the full product sourcing cycle, including development, cost negotiation and production of consumer goods Partner with sales and overseas offices to align on product specifications and order requirements Maintain clear and proactive communication with vendors and factories to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution Monitor production milestones to ensure timely shipments and adherence to quality standards Manage product development, review and logistics Track factory schedules to ensure consistent and punctual delivery timelines Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed Requirements HKDSE / Form 5 qualification or above Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the toys industry, preferably in a trading or manufacturing environment Experience in handling FOB direct retail customer accounts is a strong advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong commercial acumen and business sense Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and independence Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin We offer a 5-day work week with attractive package to the right candidate.
