As the Reward Executive /Senior Executive in our Reward team, you will serve as a subject matter expert on our compensation and benefit programs and provide support in ensuring that total Rewards is aligned to Lane Crawford’s business goals and market competitiveness. The Role Support on annual salary review and bonus planning process. Assist in annual staff cost budgets, forecasting and regular cost tracking and allocation exercises. Conduct compensation surveys, market benchmarking exercises and market analysis. Assist in company’s benefit programs annual renewal, including group medical and life Insurance, dental and health check-up plan, employee assistance program and other wellness programs. Support the development of Retail Commission and Incentive Schemes. Prepare regular HR analytical and statistical reports. Handle payroll and tax related tasks including rental reimbursement scheme and annual audit. Provide support for other ad-hoc C&B initiatives and projects as required. Provide administrative support for the team including letter preparation, filing etc. The Ideal Candidate College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Studies or Statistics. 2-6 years’ relevant experience doing compensation and benefits, payroll, data analysis, or HR Operations. Proficient with numbers and data, excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Analytical, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Performs effectively under tight timelines and in fast paced environments. Collaborative team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to support the team. Ideally will have some working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and or IPL payroll system. Benefits At Lane Crawford you work hard and play hard while we take care of your wellbeing.
