The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids. Responsible business development for marine application (service for existing mtu engine and engine for new/existing customer under new vessel) in HK Sell all products (service and engine) of marine application in HK Manage customer relationship and collect market information Develop business by sustaining existing customer base, develop new customers and penetrating in new segments.Plan, monitor and report marine applications business for planning horizon concerned incl. Sales Service contribution (SP, budget) Provide service customer, market and population information for relevant Sales, Service and network employees Responsible for incoming orders and revenue Responsible for revenue maximization of service business Responsible for service network development & improvement in terms of service business increasing. Responsible for form and content of quotes in accordance with applicable regulations as well as for timely submission Ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for implementing approved marine strategy Responsible for acquisition proactively sales of all RRS products for respective applications to end users and governmental customers via direct sales channel Sales to/via distribution focusing on increasing sale and sales expertise as well as market access and expansion Develop and implement service sales training, conferences, road shows etc. to penetrate market and increase revenue Manage target-oriented claims In charge of key account management for strategic customers Any other assignment from line managerDegree / Diploma holder in Business Administration, engineer, marine relate application or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications At least 5 years working experience in marine relate position. Working experience in sale or service position is a plus. Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (cantonese and mandarin), good at office softwares Customer orientated Willing to work under challenging and high pressure Majority work in HK.
